Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

• If the product sought be returned or exchanged is damaged due to misuse/overuse.

• If the product sought to be returned or exchanged is returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, free Puregonic Beverages and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged.

• If the product sought to be returned or exchanged has a Serial Number is tampered with.

• If the product sought to be returned or exchanged is not covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty and are not returnable products.

• If the Product sought be returned or exchanged is used or altered.

• If the Product sought to be returned or exchanged is initiated after the stipulated period of return or exchanged from the delivery of the order..

• If the Product sought to return or exchanged is a free sample or Free Product provided by Puregonic Beverages.

• You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Product refund Process

Dear Customers and Users, subject to the simple steps being followed for the ERP in a correct manner the return/replacement/exchange shall be fulfilled by Puregonic Beverages.

In case of a return/replacement/refund, the refund is processed once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
